
In this episode I share a personal experience of where I was at when I truly hated my body. I find that there is a wide range of feelings towards our bodies: We hate them and can't stop thinking about them. We avoid them and fully disconnect (maybe out of no longer "hating" them and also maybe because we aren't ready to fully "love" them.) And loving them for what they do for us, in a nonjudgemental way. Where are you on your self love journey?
