God does not create junk and if we all have unlimited potential, then how is it that a very few of us achieve it. How can they leverage the science and principles that work for all humans the same way? The first step is intent and then you need to remind yourself of your dreams. Under this context, you can begin the investigative journey and ask yourself why do you believe what you believe. You will find your answers.
A good leader must demonstrate accountability as it feeds into other attributes of being professional, ethical, and integral. The words that a leader uses become very important and have to be chosen carefully, cause those words when a person hears repeatedly become thoughts that reshape your belief systems and the decisions you make in life. Ensure you are following good leaders and mentors!
When you repeatedly hear or do things you think of them repeatedly think of them. The more you think those thoughts the more ingrained they become. The more ingrained they are they become your belief patterns and your belief patterns become your belief systems. Your decision-making framework leverages the belief system to decipher right from wrong!

In this podcast, I make an attempt to explain the connection between them and why auto-suggestion is a science-based principle.
Over time we all get conditioned to respond a certain way to certain stimuli or a trigger from the environment. This automatic response helps us to keep ourselves safe, but they also become hurdles on our way to our dreams. The good news is there is a way you can change your response.

We always get bogged down by what other people will think about us. We forget that humans are self-centered animals and they do not think about others as much as think they do. So stop worrying about others and apply these steps to overcome some of the fear from your self-consciousness.
