Parenting Course aimed Particularly at Parents/Carers with Children aged 4-12 who are anxious but much of the course can be beneficial for all Parents/Carers regardless if your child is anxious or their age. The course is presented by Sarah Allen from ELKOLET and Victoria Wakeford from Hampshire County Council. Much of the course is based on "From Timid To Tiger: A Treatment Manual for Parenting the Anxious Child" by Dr Sam Cartwright-Hatton.
