Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Randall Woodfin knew one thing before he got into politics. From a young age, Woodfin was around enough influences that made him realize he needed to make a difference in the city he grew up in. Graduate of Morehouse College, Woodfin's drive, passion and love for his city increased during his time there. Fast forward to 2017, Woodfin became the youngest mayor in Birmingham city history helping to accomplish his goal of giving back to help his city. In this episode, we talked about a number of topics from his journey, how to become a better leader, dealing with fear and adversity and much more!
