In this episode, I share with you a difficult time for our nation, the loss of our brothers and sisters lives due to terrorist attacks in Israel. I open up about my process of mourning, feeling, and emotions and learning how to incorporate the pain. I share the struggle of standing after falling, gathering the strength, and reviving my faith with the intention to give you strength and guidance, where ever you may be on your journey.
