
Welcome Brett Owens. He has been training for 10 years, working in the fitness industry for 5 years, and been training clients for about 2 years now. He found a love for fitness at a young age and started bodybuilding around a decade ago. Since then he's been fascinated with the human body, how it works, and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Growing up he was never an “in shape” kid, and it took him a long time to find his passion in fitness and to stay consistent in both training and nutrition.
He coaches by the words: “if it took you 40 years to get in the shape you’re in, it’s not going to take a month to get in the shape you want to be in!” The main things he loves to work on with his clients are time under tension or “tempo training” combined with mobility/stability work. Practicing these styles of training has had many benefits including increased muscle growth, injury prevention, and pain free movement for himself and clientele. His #1 goal is to encourage his clients to make healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes in order to live a long, happy life.
