Non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs). Rilpivirine, in combination with cabotegravir, provides a long-acting injectable option for both treatment and PrEP. But what risk factors have been associated with virologic failure? Doravirine appears to provide a favorable impact on weight and lipid outcomes, but with a lower genetic barrier to resistance.
