Perhaps you feel apprehension and guilt about saying, “No, thank you” or maybe you will say no but feel some FOMO Creep (Fear of Missing Out). This could be just the EFT Tapping round for you!Lee’s tip for declining an invitation – any invitation is to redirect: “I’m sorry I won’t be there…but is there some time in X month when we can spend some time together?” This is for when you’d love to spend time with the people at the event, just not all at once.
