EFT Tapping & Happy New Year 2020: Stop Feeling Guilty!

Lee then leads a round of EFT Tapping to alleviate guilt and overwhelm surrounding not finishing up things from 2019. The goal, they want folks to know, is to be kind to one's self and to open the new year with optimism and confidence.
