People are desperate to be healthy. In these trying times, more and more people are seeking ways to avoid getting sick (or hospitalized), but are overwhelmed by the information and fearmongering out there.

The sad true is that many Americans want to be healthy but don't know how (or have the skills) to escape the addictions from industrialized foods.

What's worse is that they blame themselves for these addictions when the reality is that they are victims of a selfish capitalistic system.

In my experience, the way to escape starts with identifying your motivation to change unhealthy eating habits and build your understanding of your own weaknesses that will hinder your progress (and learn to stay away from them).
