TW: SA On December 18, 1994, twenty-seven-year-old Alison Botha was abducted from the parking lot of her apartment in Port Elizabeth by two men she didn’t know and had never seen. After driving her to a remote field, the two men sexually assaulted her and stabbed her repeatedly before leaving her for dead. But Alison got her self up and to a road, eventually making it to the hospital and surviving.

Part 2 - the investigation, arrests, and convictions

On the evening of August 10, 2004, Yolanda Bindics worked the closing shift at the Family Dollar in Jamestown, New York. After closing the store, Yolanda spoke to her brother on the phone, and said she’d stop by his place within an hour. But she never showed up, and no one saw Yolanda alive again. Just over two years later, Yolanda’s skeletal remains were found in a wooded area around 16 miles from Jamestown. It was determined that she had been murdered.

In an attempt to study "nurture vs. nature," psychiatrist Peter Neubauer purposefully separated identical sets of twins and triplets when adopting them out. Kathy Wilson, mother of 3, worked at James Schwab in Jamestown, NY. Kathy was pursuing a degree while being a mom and an active community volunteer in Falconer NY. On May 18, 1988, she was last seen leaving the Quality Market in Falconer at about 12:30 p.m. Her Chrysler Van was found later at the Chautauqua Mall in front of a Quality Market. Kathy’s keys were discovered in an alley on West 3rd Street in Jamestown, NY on March 3, 1989. Sometime later, a stranger knocked at the family home and delivered Kathy’s purse which was allegedly discovered on a highway in Akeley PA. Kathy’s body was located off Lindelll Rd in Farmington Township in Warren PA on September 24, 1989. Any information regarding Kathy Wilson’s disappearance and murder is welcome.
