Episode 18: He Who Trusts in His Own Heart is a Fool
Each of us knows what it’s like to reap the dissatisfying consequences of our poor choices. We often repeat our mistakes because we go along with our hearts and our misguided desires. God has such higher ideals for us, and He is able to help us live a better way. All we have to do is ask Him to live within us and bring us into harmony with Him. No one can deny the authenticity of our spiritual experience when they compare who we were with who He’s made us to be now.
Jeremiah 31:33
“But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”
