This chapter called Learning from Heartbreak details the life lessons Eddie Jones learnt during his rugby and education career. One of his biggest moments of heartbreak, was when he had to realise he would never play for the Wallabies. Jones suffered immense heartbreak from not achieving his massive dream at the time of playing for the Wallabies. In addition, this heartbreak led him to his foundational steps of coaching.
