Sorry for the rant...1. Does the public even know what SSTC means??!2. Should it be illegal to put SSTC (sold subject to contract) in tiny letters - on boards etc.??3. Should we go back to u/o still showing and u/o not showing?4. Is it a tool for agents to pump up listings at the expense of wasting buyer time?5.
