This #PodcastWednesday we are discussing sustainable forestry management with Shamiso Winnet Mupara,who is the founder and Executive Director of Environmental Buddies Zimbabwe.This is an environmental non governmental organization which aims at promoting sustainable forest resources management and waste management in Zimbabwe. The organisation promotes the planting of native trees to restore Zimbabwe’s lost indigenous forests. They also plant fruit trees to curb food insecurity and promote nutrition as well as protection of existing forests through education and awareness.
