As humans sometimes we tend to look at things from one view point. I am here
to say that life takes us all through different trial and stages, so we can't always
run with what we hear people say or what people said a long time ago. As you can tell
google has a different meaning for one word if you don't belive it ask GOOGLE.
Yes, we all may have similar stories, but how we went through the may be different.
Abandonment doesn't just stand for other people, places, or things that also goes for
ourselves also. We (meaning the one that always put others before ourselves) need to
really think about the ways we abandon ourselves. So stop putting your self on the back
burner. Take care of "The MAIN" person which is "YOU"!!!!!

Healing---- Take time to break down the things that hurt you. My opinion is to heal alone, but
if you don't know how that looks like. Get a person that you can talk to and share deeply
about what you are saying. That will be real with you. Or write it down or talk to the memo
in your phone. You have to hear it, because you have to know what it is that you have been
holding on to for so long.
Understanding ------ With healing there has to be some understanding on what you have done, or
why what has happened to you cause you need to heal. How did it make you feel what were your
emotions.
Understand go deep and get clear on it.
Release & Move Forward ------- This step is just letting go the issues that you have now healed
from. Release and move on to your new beginning. You can't grow from holding on to things
that now longer serve you. It must be release in order for you to get to that
next level in your life. You have peace its in you dig deep and you will find it.
