We’ve all been there, opening the refrigerator door and trying to find some space — any space — to put newly bought groceries on. What’s eating up all of the shelf space anyway? Odds are you are wasting valuable fridge space on foods that not only don’t need to go in the there but actually shouldn’t go in there! That’s right, the cool air and environment of your refrigerator can actually break down the antioxidants in some fruits and halt the ripening process in other foods.
