Mental health, body image & comparison culture | with Tara Pavlovic-Shepherdson

In today's episode we're joined by the amazing Tara Pavlovic-Shepherdson - a mumma of two, children's book author and self-confessed lover of food.

Tara is incredibly vulnerable in sharing her experiences during pregnancy and postpartum, including her struggles with mental health and body image. We discuss how childhood comments related to appearance can shape our beliefs about ourselves (even when well intentioned).

Tara brings so much light to these topics and helps to reduce the stigma around such important issues. We hope you love this chat!
