In 2017 Julie was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and given 3-6 months to live. Her son was 8. She declined everything the doctors offered, in favour of finding out why her body had got so out of balance and how to redress that, so she would be well again. Within 18 months she was cancer-free.They now run wellbeing retreats in the Spanish mountains, about an hour from Alicante and Valencia airports. Julie coaches people one-to-one. And they are in the process of launching the Wellbeing Zone. An online community for people who want to feel better. A place she shares her secrets. Along with guests sharing theirs.
