Ok, vamos a empezar con el episodio de hoy. Hoy voy a hablar de hábitos saludables.

Los hábitos saludables son acciones que nos ayudan a tener una mejor calidad de vida. Cuando cuidamos nuestro cuerpo y nuestra mente, nos sentimos mejor y tenemos más energía.

Algunos hábitos saludables incluyen:

🥗 Comer bien – Es importante comer frutas, verduras, proteínas y beber mucha agua.

🚶‍♂️ Hacer ejercicio – Caminar, correr, nadar o hacer yoga nos ayuda a estar en forma.

😴 Dormir bien – Dormir entre 7 y 8 horas cada noche nos ayuda a tener energía.

🧘‍♀️ Reducir el estrés – La oración, la respiración profunda y el tiempo con la familia ayudan a relajarnos.

🚫 Evitar malos hábitos – Fumar, beber alcohol o pasar muchas horas con el teléfono no es saludable.

Además, es importante mantener una mente positiva. Leer libros, aprender cosas nuevas y pasar tiempo con amigos y familia nos hace felices.

Yo trato de comer sano, hacer ejercicio y dormir bien. ¿Y tú? ¿Tienes hábitos saludables? ¿Qué haces para cuidar tu salud?
