Hoy vamos a hablar de los pasatiempos.

Un pasatiempo es una actividad que hacemos en nuestro tiempo libre. Es algo que nos gusta y nos ayuda a relajarnos o divertirnos.

🎨 Algunas personas disfrutan pintar, dibujar o hacer manualidades. 📖 Otras personas prefieren leer libros o escribir. 🎶 Muchos escuchan música o tocan un instrumento como la guitarra o el piano.

También hay personas que tienen pasatiempos más activos, como correr, nadar, o practicar deportes. ⚽ Por ejemplo, jugar fútbol, montar en bicicleta o hacer yoga.

Ver películas, cocinar, tomar fotos, cuidar plantas o aprender idiomas también son pasatiempos muy populares.

Tener pasatiempos es bueno para la mente y el cuerpo. Nos ayuda a reducir el estrés y a sentirnos más felices.

A mí me gusta escuchar música, caminar al aire libre, y escribir ideas para este podcast 😊 ¿Y tú? ¿Qué haces en tu tiempo libre? ¿Cuál es tu pasatiempo favorito?
