Gast: Ja, genau.

Rezeptionist: Darf ich bitte Ihren Ausweis oder Reisepass sehen?

Gast: Ja, natürlich. Hier ist mein Ausweis.

Rezeptionist: Danke. Alles in Ordnung. Möchten Sie heute schon zahlen, oder am Abreisetag?

Gast: Gerne schon heute.

Rezeptionist: Mit Karte oder bar?

Rezeptionist: Gut. Bitte stecken Sie die Karte ins Gerät... Perfekt. Danke.

Gast: Ist Frühstück dabei?

Rezeptionist: Ja, Frühstück ist inklusive. Es gibt Frühstück jeden Tag von 7 Uhr bis 10 Uhr im Restaurant.

Gast: Super, danke. Wo ist mein Zimmer?

Rezeptionist: Sie haben Zimmer 204, im zweiten Stock. Der Aufzug ist gleich hier rechts.

Gast: Gibt es WLAN im Zimmer?

Rezeptionist: Ja, natürlich. Das WLAN-Passwort steht hier.

Gast: Danke. Und eine Frage noch: Gibt es einen Stadtplan?

Rezeptionist: Ja, hier bitte. Der Plan zeigt die Innenstadt und wichtige Orte.

Gast: Vielen Dank, das hilft mir sehr.
