It often easy to reach for entertainment. This is the true barrier to consistency. It is a form of procrastination, especially when you know you have work that you should be doing. It’s easy though, and that’s why we tend to do it so much. Consistency seems like work, especially when you’re not in a workplace and it’s something that you want to do for yourself. It’s easier to use your time being entertained instead of working on that project that you started. Motivation also plays a part in what you’re doing as well and preparedness. Sometimes we tend to believe that we’re capable of doing isn’t significant enough work to bother putting in but it is. Like I said in the podcast, you got to just do it.
