Before you begin, move into a comfortable place; lie down or sit in a nourishing meditative seat, maybe you even light a candle or sage your space to centre and get ready to go inwards. If it feels right for you, use headphones for a more profound experience.
Today's practice invites you to lift the sticky stuff, and breathe into the landscape of your being; to feel nurtured, to feel suppported, to feel honoured as the golden sun sets and the body eases into all that is you. As the days get shorter here in the northern hemisphere, and we begin to cocoon into ourselves, feel into the movement of breath and let it all go.
