Sally is the CEO and Co-founder of Green Collect, a pioneering social enterprise in sustainability and inclusive employment and training practices. Over 20 years she has led the enterprise as a provider of resource recovery services through innovation and best practice in the circular economy.Sally has taken the enterprise through the phases of start-up, growth and scale, enabling deep impact by delivering services to a wide base of clients across Melbourne. At the heart of her work is a dedication to creating meaningful and supportive work for people facing barriers to employment, such as homelessness, disability and refugee experiences.
