Today I talk a lil about my boyfriend and I's experience in buying our first home in CA, USA!  Extra Info: we bought this house outside of LA when we were 23 yrs old in 2020. We moved in at the end of 2020 after we both turned 24 yrs old. Our home is a new construction HOA (home owners association) home that took about 6 months to build. It is gated and has around the clock security.
