
you are not a failure. you are worthy of love. you are one of a kind. don't let that inner critic or those negative thoughts win. you are on this journey called life ever thing is ever-changing. so if you feel held down by your mistakes or failures or any type of inadequacy no that's fine that only proves that you are a human being but we are almost never compassionate with ourselves so why not take the chance to acknowledge and understand that those thoughts and those feelings and those lingering traumatic memories are okay and they are a part of your journey especially your healing journey.
