DRIVEN WOMEN’s Julie Brangstrup talks with Samantha Peter, former Global Director of Marketing at Google for Education, her past roles include working at Bloomberg L.P. as a Sales Manager (French-speaking Switzerland & Monaco) and a consultant for BMI.
Samantha Peters is a seasoned global marketing leader who has spent over 17 years building and scaling brand and education-tech initiatives at major companies, including her role as Global Director of Marketing at Google for Education. She began her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from University College London and proceeded to complete a Master’s degree in International Management at King’s College London. Her career has been defined by bridging the gap between innovation, education and global strategy, working across cultures and markets to ensure technology serves meaningful educational outcomes. What truly drives her is the belief that leadership is not just about metrics or markets, but about empowerment: giving educators, students and innovators the tools, story and confidence to shape their learning and growth.
For the women carving out space at the table and those building new ones, this episode is a reminder that leadership with purpose changes everything.
