Jack and Jill at it again. This time they are reviewing a summary of my comparative analysis of various diets, focusing on their suitability for managing chronic health conditions. The analysis aims to be an evidence-based evaluation, drawing from peer-reviewed studies, randomised controlled trials, clinical guidelines, and reports from authoritative health organisations. It compares six popular diets and 18 or so additional diets, examining their impacts on a range of chronic diseases. This is a work in progress and not an exhaustive list.
