Episode 15: Why is independent sleep important?

On today's episode I'm breaking down why it's so important to teach our babies how to fall to sleep and BACK to sleep independently in order for them to get longer stretches of sleep. This is really the key to sleep training and improved sleep in general. At the end of the episode I make an announcement about something I've been working on that will help many more families start sleeping all night long.

Here is the link for the announcement I made on today's episode!

If you are interested in one on one support, my original Sleep Cure program is still an option but is on a waitlist. Sign up for the Sleep Cure waitlist by filling out this form, or schedule your free sleep evaluation call today here so that you and I can chat and ensure it's a great fit for you! If you're not already, head on over to Instagram and follow me there.
