Graciela Luna, one of the World Bank staff who played a significant role in the development and management of Administrative Client Services (ACS) activities, will share her story when she was very fixated on making her dream a reality, and that is to work in the United States.  Despite no support system she was able to move from two international organizations and left an impact to the admin groupof the World Bank.
