Happy International Women's Day! Today, we are offering you an opportunity to play with us in a LIVE virtual workshop (with plans to offer more workshops in person in the future!). Finding Your Wings a workshop where we come together to offer yoga, meditation, art therapy, and conversation. Ahead of our live workshop you will receive a care package with: Beautiful Birds Coloring Book made by Molly, coloring pencils, a bath bomb and essential oil mister made by Nikki, to use during our workshop session.

Open to all ages and genders, bring your friends and family.

Saturday April 30 from 10am-12pm PST/1pm-3pm EST, cost: $100 p/person
