ಕಾಶಿಯಾತ್ರೆ: ಹೀಗೆಂದರೆ ವಿವಾಹಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮುನ್ನ ಭಾವೀ ಮಾವ ತನ್ನ ಭಾವೀ ಅಳಿಯನಿಗೆ ಕಾಲು ತೊಳೆಯುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಶಿಗೆ ಹೋಗದಂತೆ ತಡೆದು ತನ್ನ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಪ್ರಲೋಭಿಸುವುದು- ಇದು ನಾವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು. ಆದರೆ ಇದು ಖಂಡಿತ ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇರೆಯೇ ಅರ್ಥವಿದೆ!
