'Few Good Things' Album Review & Because Benny The Butcher Got High

This weeks episode of Down to the Beat is kicked off with a conversation about how much money is a reasonable amount to spend on a paper towel holder for your home after an off camera conversation about furniture trickles into the recording. From there we move into a review and discussion about Saba's new album, 'Few Good Things' which John had incredibly high praise for, even deeming it album of the year so far as he writes this and regrets not saying that on the podcast now.

At about the halfway mark the episode focuses on Adele's cancelled residency in Las Vegas and how a new impersonator of the British superstar is the hottest new act at an impersonators show. We then roast impersonators. To cap the episode off we briefly talk about a set of brothers from South Africa who pulled a virtual heist of $3.8 billion in Bitcoin, only to never be seen again.

John and Juwan are also sporting some of the brand new DTTW merch that you can pick up here.
