In this episode we go through Tony’s journey in the game in Cincinnati Ohio. His experiences in youth, HS, College, Indoor Pro, from playing as well as his coaching experiences. He discusses how he approaches conflict with parents and shares insights on player development. He also talks about his program with the Cincinnati public school system in giving soccer opportunities to those who would not otherwise have it.
