Tọlá Okogwu (@tolaokogwu) is a British-Nigerian author, journalist and hair care educator, born in Lagos, Nigeria, but raised in London. In this episode Nina (@missninamalone) speaks to Tọlá about her own hair journey to loving her natural hair. Tọlá shares the inspiration behind her book and how her own experience with hair influenced the decisions in the way she raised her daughters. From rediscovering her own hair to the language she uses in her home.
