Draw Mushrooms | Doodle Ideas Episode 16
Having some ‘Fun’gi Mario was having a very difficult day. His entire day was filled with coins, Koopas, and falling down pipes. Don’t get me wrong, he loved doing all these things. However, in the back of his head he always thought of one thing… Mushrooms. Mushrooms were extremely rare and hard to find in his world. He could punch blocks all day long and still come up empty handed. Mushrooms were special because they gave him new life and energy. They removed all feelings of fatigue and hunger and plus they tasted great. After his third or fourth level, Mario leaped into the air to break a block. He all but lost hope of finding a mushroom and there it was. The most beautiful green mushroom in all the land. His hands became sweaty and his cheeks began to hurt from his enormous smile. Today was going to be a good day. What does a mushroom look like to you?

Draw an Ottoman | Doodle Ideas Episode 15
In Search of the Great Footstool Selim was known all through the land as the man with the plan. He traveled over long distances to help Kings and Queens build walls and other buildings. He was a great architect and builder. One day Selim heard about the Great Footstool and how relaxing it was to rest your legs on it. The stool was extremely rare and nobody knew of a place to purchase one. Selim thought “Such a stool would bring great comfort to me during my long journeys.” Selim began his quest in search of the Great Footstool by traveling to a far a way land in the North. He heard rumors the stool was seen here. So off he walked and walked and walked until his legs became weak. He sat down to rest and drifted into a deep long sleep. In his dream he saw the most wonderful fabric begin to cover a wooded frame full of soft padding. The stool was one he had never seen before. He walked around it and noted its construction and ornate details. He was confident he could construct such a stool on his own. He woke up full of life and ran the rest of the way to the city of Constantinople. He opened a shop named “One Relaxed Ottoman” and began selling the stool he saw in his dream. People traveled from all over the world to purchase one of his footstools and spent the rest of his days resting and sharing his story with others.

Draw a fire escape | Doodle Ideas Episode 14
Black Toast One morning Tom reluctantly woke up with a lot on his mind. He had to be at work at 8am and had a huge meeting. His company was starting a new project and he was responsible to tell everyone about it. He could not be late. Since he was already behind schedule he thought he could save time by making breakfast while he was in the shower. So he grabbed two slices of white bread and placed them in the toaster and turned it on. He then quickly ran to the bathroom to start his shower. After his shower he realized he needed to shave. After he shaved he realized he needed to iron his shirt. After that he realized he needed to check his email one last time. Then, all of a sudden he smelt something burning. He quickly jumped from his seat and ran into the kitchen. He saw the toaster billowing thick dark smoke with violent spurts of flames. He quickly grabbed his freshly ironed shirt and began to beat the flames with it. The flames became angry and grew larger and larger and totally engulfed his shirt. The toaster began to melt and Tom began to panic. His ears then began to throb from the loud alarm above his head. He couldn’t breathe. All he could do was… Run down the fire escape!

Cozy Cabin in the Woods I always thought it would be great to live in a log cabin in the woods. Being able to walk through evergreens and hear the wind pass through the needles as you smell the smoke from a wood fireplace.

Draw a random doodle #1 | Doodle Ideas Episode 10
Random Doodling an Abstract Design This was a fun one. I just started out with a few circles and then branched off from there. Doodling is great because you’re not totally focused on the final product but what you’re doing at the exact moment.

Draw a hammock | Doodle Ideas Episode 1
After a long week of punching the clock, Mr. Stevens set up a hammock he received for Christmas last year. It has been collecting dust all winter and is now basking in the shade of two large oak trees. The smell of freshly cut grass and sound of birds chirping sends him into a soft sleep. The hammock creeks as it sways back and forth... releasing stress with every rotation. Nothing could have prepared him for this moment. All of a sudden, a large crack sound is heard from above his head. He is startled from his nap and looks to see the source of the sound. He notices a large crack in the main supporting branch of the far left tree. He wonders to himself “Did I really need to eat all of those holiday cookies?”
