Mustard Potato Salad

Start with these measurements 1st if more is needed, add a small amount at a time

For a large container like 2 lbs you gonna need...

• 6-8 medium sized Russet or Idaho Potatoes
• 6-8 large Eggs
• 1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise,
• 2 tbls Sweet relish,
• 1/2 - 1 tsp Yellow Mustard,
• 1 Dice Onion
• 1 green Bell Pepper,
• 1 stalk of Celery or
• 1/2 tsp of Celery Salt
• 1/2 tsp of Paprika in and on top 

UTENSILS

• Large pot
• 1 cup
• Teaspoon
• Tablespoon
• Paring Knife and Chopper machine
