Spray a 20cm square tin with Pure & Simple. Cream the butter, sugar and cocoa until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, followed by the flour and fold in the chopped walnuts. Spoon the mixture into the tin and bake for 33 minutes. Do not overcook as they will dry out. Cut the brownies into squares while still hot and leave to cool in the tin. Remove the brownies carefully with a spatula.
