On this week episode I am joined by Dr Craig Newman with his own personal experiences of domestic abuse and his profession as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience as a therapist and coach he created a Get Out Get Love (GOGL) as a self-help programme to fill the gap of recovering from an abusive ex.
He is passionate about helping people who have experienced abuse to find the insight and tools to escape abuse, to empower them to recover and to develop true self love.
