Samsun Joseph is a Chef, Restaurant Owner, Creative Director, and Entrepreneur.
He shares the story of his journey as a chef, having worked in all sorts of kitchens from McDonald's to high-end gourmet restaurants. His Afro-fusion restaurant, Wau Kitchen, and event company A+ Creative Hub, have been spreading African culture in Brisbane for as long as anyone. Sam tells us what it was like being the first person to throw an African fashion event in Brisbane.
As Raphael's first client, the relationship between Sam and Dojo goes back right to the beginning, so Sam wraps it all up with some heart-to-heart business advice for the Dojo boys.
A great episode with a truly kind soul who is always looking to help those around him.
