Ep59: Pawsitive Fitness with Louise Jones

In episode 59 of the Dogs & Deadlifts Podcast I am joined by Louise Jones from Pawsitive Fitness.
Pawsitive Fitness was established in 2018 by Louise Jones to get people out and about with their dogs.

Louise has been competing in cani-sports since 2012 and holds a number of national titles in the disciplines of Bikejoring, Scootering and Canicross.

She has proudly represented Ireland 3 times at the European Canicross Championships (now, the World Championships) with Dyson, her Northern Inuit Dog and once with her pointer mix, Lady. She has raced abroad in France, Belgium, Italy, Czech Republic and the UK.

It was Louise's love of cani-sports including Canicross and Bikjor that prompted her to set up Pawsitive Fitness so that she could share her knowledge and passion with the dog lovers of Ireland.
