Back and better than ever with a banger of an episode!

Apologies for the missing episode last week.

Ben Murray is best known for his roles in Light This City & Heartsounds, but I've always been amazed at the fact he started his own record label (Creator-Destructor Records), and to still be doing this 15 years later, on his own, is just amazing and worth celebrating.

As a long time fan, it was overall just a privilege to chat with the person who has created some of the music that helped me through some rough times (and still does today)
