The Cranberries need no introduction...but we'll give you one nonetheless. Formed in Limerick Ireland in 1989 their first album came out in 1993. In 1994 and 95 their single "Zombie" was number 1 in 8 different countries. They have sold over 50 million albums worldwide and they currently have over 30 million followers on Spotify alone. They recently decided to release their 1994 MTV unplugged performance as a standalone album. Before the album is released on 11/7, Fergal Lawler founding member and drummer for The Cranberries was nice enough to stop by the show. Doc and Ferg talk about the band leading up to MTV unplugged album, the decision not to do any covers during the performance, the Cranberries performing covers, Dolores O'Riordan's unique voice, recording when the band first met, and so much more. Meanwhile on the rest of the show, Mike and Doc search for invisible numbers and a cool Todd.

The Doc G Show July 16th 2025 (Featuring Dan Tyminsky)
Dan Tyminski has one of the most famous voices in the world. If you didn't hear his voice on the ultra famous Soggy Bottom Boys - Man of Constant Sorrow from the movie soundtrack for O' Brother Where Art Thou that sold 8 million copies, you probably heard him on Avicii's song Hey Brother that has been collectively streamed over 3 billion times. Dan is a world class musician, playing the guitar, mandolin and banjo, and after 14 Grammy's and 30 years with Allison Kraus and Union Station he's out touring as a solo act. Dan is getting ready to play the newly renovated Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on August 1st and he was nice enough to stop by the show before he plays the show! Dan and Doc talk about getting started in Bluegrass, learning to appreciate his singing voice, getting the job with Allison Kraus, getting the chance to work with George Clooney, singing at Ultra, recording solo albums, playing golf at Augusta National and TPC Sawgrass and much more! Meanwhile on the rest of the show Mike and Doc musk up with cologne and fragrance talk...it gets smelly.
