Amy Pallo | Emotion Tied to Conflict, Not Having All of the Answers
In this episode, I chat with Amy Pallo, my former high school principal. We begin by addressing the daily conflicts involved in leading, then speak on how conflict management has changed as of late and the necessity of in-person conversations, and we close in joyful admission that not all conflict is unwanted. We approach how seemingly intertwined emotion and opposition can be, and we offer guidance on what it looks like to respond in a few ways. The conversation is filled with laughter and compassion, and, near the end of the episode, I stake a brave claim that, in a very specific instance, there exists a singular "correct" viewpoint. Tune in to find all of this and more!
