
I mean it's not always our fault or yours... I think we should take joint responsibility for the things that happen in hotels haha
Unfortunately though, when things do go wrong we tend to take the brunt of the blame.
So today we are doing more of an advice type episode where we tell you to please not to be afraid to call the hotel if you have questions, to speak to us when you are in the hotel if there is an issue so we can help make your stay better while you are there - once you are leaving there is very little we can do for you, and to just give you some general advice so that you get the stay that you dreamt of without any of the glitches.
