Case #021 - The Springfield Three
Welcome to Episode Twenty-One of Do You Dare?   Join us this week as Em takes us to Springfield (and not the one from The Simpsons) but the one where over 30 years old ended up being the scene of possibly one of the most famous unsolved triple disappearances ever to take place.  In this episode we will be talking about the mysterious disappearances of Suzanne "Suzie" Streeter, Stacy McCall, and Suzie  mother, Sherrill Levitt, better known as The Springfield Three.   This case will leave Em and Cian with more questions than answers but join them as they take you through the timeline, discuss suspects and theories and try to keep their cool as it comes to light just how much evidence that could have helped solve this was either accidental destroyed or missed thanks to police inaction.  This is one of those cases that is frustrating from beginning to end, where everyone has their own opinion on what the hell could have happened that fateful night and we want to hear what you think over on our socials!   Thanks to everyone who has joined us for this week's interesting case and we hope to see you back next Tuesday as Cian takes us on an Uber ride out of a nightmare and might just make you think twice about who the stranger is behind the wheel of one of the worlds most popular ride services.   The case of The Springfield Three to this day does remain open so if you or anyone you know has any tips or information regarding this case that may bring the families and friends some closure then you can contact: Call the Springfield Police Department: 417-864-1810  Call Crime Stoppers: 417-869-8477  Submit a Tip Online: Visit P3Tips.com or https://www.springfieldmo.gov/FormCenter/Police-4/Three-Missing-Women-Tip-Form-478 You can also submit tips both directly and anonymously through the FBI.gov website.   If you enjoyed this episode it would mean the world to us if you could take a minute to rate, review and subscribe!  Don't forget you can join in the conversation with us over on social media to share your thoughts and theories.  You can contact us at doyoudarepodcast@gmail.com if you want to suggest cases, tell us your personal true crime or paranormal stories to be read out in future listener episodes or just to say hi!   *Ad included at the beginning of this episode is for Unknown Unsolved  Unseen Podcast and you can find them at @unknownunsolvedunseenpod on Instagram for more information.*   (sources for this episode were: A medium article, Wikipedia, Reddit, Google, the Springfield Daily Citizen, people.com, Springfieldmo.gov, fbi.gov, ky3.com, nbcnews.com, a Springfield news leader article.)
