Like any skill, writing requires practice. However, as any aspiring writer knows, it's hard to find the time and motivation to write every week, much less every day. We feel the same way. So we've started a writing prompt challenge. Every week we write a story in 30 minutes that has to include 3 randomly generated words. Then, we read the stories, talk about writing, and talk about stories listeners have sent in. We're here to help you do the write thing.

DTWT Ep 149: (March - Tradition) Head, Hold, Acceptable, Orchestra
This week we read A Night at the Dullahan Orchestra by KomatoSoup   Stories this week used the words: Head, Hold, Acceptable, Orchestra. Next week's words are Copy, Countryside, Wheat, and Fun. Our new theme for March is Tradition. Consider the various ways we can address tradition, it's merits, drawbacks, and implications. If you want to write along with us, go to reddit.com/r/dothewritething to post your story, or send it in an email at writethingcast@gmail.com. You can also be alerted when new words come out on the weekend by following @writethingcast on Twitter. Intro and Outro music is Antidepresseur by [friendzoned]
