Anouar Ouali Alami is a Ground Handling Executive who, during more than 20 years, successfully led different frameworks from PMO to IT and Resource Management in the aviation field.
She holds an Engineering degree in Automation and Industrial IT and a master’s degree in aviation management.
Anouar began her career in Royal Air Maroc where she implemented various projects and led operational departments, she then moved to the middle east and joined Qatar Airways where she built a business unit specialized in E2E resource management, she build strategic and tactical planning processes control 70% of company’s cost ., she also led Project management office department and delivered more than 20 Transformational projects. In 2017, Anouar was appointed VP of IT and Planning. During 3 years, Anouar designed and implemented an IT Governance and Strategy to enable business innovation and growth for Aviapartner Group and led diverse transformation programs across 6 European countries.
Anouar is the founder and CEO of Anfa Square, a company delivering Aviation consultancy in Digital and Business transformation and Enterprise innovation management programs.
