Hailing from the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Kelo G recognized his interest in the DJ scene at an early age. As time progressed, he has focused on developing his gift, with professional training as a DJ/ radio announcer/ master of ceremonies/ host, graduating from both the Institute of Broadcasting Careers (IBC) and the Oral Communication Institute (OCI). With age, his vision grew… In 2009, he established his own company, Global NTT. Kelo G’s skill transcends the boundaries of genre and has earned numerous gigs at a myriad of events and hotspots, which have even extended beyond the shores of Trinidad and Tobago, including DJ residency at PREStige; Carnival in New York, Baltimore and Miami. These include being the road DJ for Passion Carnival mas band, and Section 8 Jouvert band for Carnival 2015 (C2K15)... Road DJ for Dream Team Carnival mas band for C2K14. In October 2013, Kelo made his debut on radio after winning a DJ competition by a landslide with DJ Righteous. It was a short but fulfilling 3 months, where he learned the business first hand. At the end of 2015, DJ Kelo will be officially be celebrating his 1 year anniversary since joining the Carnival City Ultra Lounge family as Resident DJ.
